DVI-I to DVI-D possible?

Hey guys,
my computer has only HDMI and DVI-I ports on the graphics card. I am looking for a new monitor, which is 144Hz, however it has only HDMI and DVI-D ports. I understand that HDMI can only transmit 60Hz images so that is out of the question; however, would it be possible to do DVI-I to DVI-D?
Many thanks guys

DVI-I is the same thing as DVI-D except for the extra analog signals. Simply use a DVI-D cable and you are done.

The only reason DVI-I exists is to enable the use of simple passive DVI-to-VGA adapters. I'm not sure DVI-I cables actually exist.
