I need someones help with sata cables

Hey I just bought msi z97-g45 motherboard and it only came with one set of sata cables I need 3 to hook up my hard drive,ssd and optical drive this is my first build and when I went on newegg to look to buy some new one I found a bunch of cables that made no sense to me can someone tell me the right name of the cable I need to hook up my ssd, hard drive and optical drive?

Any SATA cable would do (make sure it's rated for SATA II or III).

It probably would, but
1, Link PLS?
2, Try to get something rated for SATA II or III.
3, If nothing's rated, get something with 100% good reviews.

So I need a power and data cable and I cant find one either on newegg with sata II or III could you maybe leave a link to one on newegg please?

The SATA power cables are included with the PSU, connect one to your drives.

Just look for a L-shaped connector like the one on the left.

SILVERSTONE Strider Gold S Series ST75F-GS 750W ATX 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply this is the power supply I have can you tell me which cable is the sata power cable? Sorry for all the dumb questions guys im just trying to make sure I do everything right

When you select reply to someuser, on top of the text box, click the icon with a picture on it, paste the link of the picture but upload it first.

OK, so take your PSU, take a look at all the wires, and plug everything into your drive(s) until something snugly fits. If your PSU doesn't have SATA power cables, I really don't know what to say.

I have this cable thats about 4 or 5 feet long and on it is 5 plugs that are like an L shape is that it? I I could add you on facebook I could send you a picture

Did you try EVERY cable? Or, are you 100% sure that your HDD is IDE and not SATA?
