So i finally got my new graphics card, so i followed all the instructions, uninstalled all the drivers from my old GPU and switched to integrated graphics so i can install the new one all was fine until i had to install the drivers from the disk which i couldn't find where to install from so i went into the disk files went into the driver folder and clicked the setup file in it and it installed a few things but when i restarted my computer the screen went black if i tried to use the card but integrated seems to be my only option to use my computer ATM, also i have a good idea as to what might be wrong with it, the box that it came in says a minimum of a 450W PSU but mine is only 350W but i found it odd how the card still spun its fans even if it doesn't have the recommended power...So is that my problem or is it something to do with the drivers?

UPDATE: I will be back in around 4 hours, so sorry if i do not answer a question fast enough

Solution
It would probably be your PSU, The fans don't need all that much power to actually spin. You should upgrade your PSU anyway because i am assuming you got a dedicated GPU to use it and its going to need the power that it recommends. Also make sure you are plugging your display into the gpu and not the dedicated on the motherboard
