How remap a keyboard?

have you installed the specific drivers for your keyboard from genius?
if not, then your computer will very likely not recognize any keys additional to those in a standard layout. this would include the FN key, any special media keys, etcetera.
the keyboard should have came with a disk. if not, they are typically available from the manufacturers website..
