internet slow for about 4 days then get fast off and on

Lately my internet he been getting really slow for about 4 days so I cant do anything. Then will randomly get faster without me doing anything whats my problem?

first thing you do in this situation is contact your internet provider.could be an overloaded server on their end.have you changed any of your internet settings?what is your service provider and what is their advertised speeds for your plan?

Try doing a power cycle of your Modem and/or router as well. If it gets faster after but then gets slow again could either be 1) a ISP issue like aldan said or 2) a issues with the modem/router

You're ISP usually wont admit anything is there fault... then they would have to compensate you for it LoL

First thing I usually hit is internettrafficreport.con and internethealth.net

For example, here in north America, we have several backbone routers down:
