Hi,
I'm new to the site. I apologise if this is in the wrong place or been asked a million times before but....
I'm planning on buying a new video card and I don't know which one to go for. I'll be upgrading from an Asus GTX 670. I have read that the GTX 780ti is pretty good, so I have narrowed it down to these two cards :
www.scan.co.uk/products/3gb-asus-gtx-780-ti-directcu-ii-oc-28nm-pcie-30-7000mhz-gddr5-gpu-954mhz-boost-1020mhz-cores-2880-dp
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/3gb-evga-gtx-780ti-superclocked-28nm-pcie-30-(x16)-7000mhz-gddr5-gpu-980mhz-boost-1046mhz-cores-2880
does it matter which card I buy?
are they really both the same?
which is the better for "out of the box" performance when gaming?
Ive heard of CPUs bottlenecking performance with good GPUs and Im wondering if mine would
do this?
Ill be using it for gaming , Battlefield 4 / Hardline ... Star Trek online ... DayZ.
I have an i7-3990 CPU... 16 gb ram and im running windows 8.1
Thanks in advance.
