Gtx 770 SC only reaching 65%

Hello everyone im having problems with getting my graphics card usage higher then 65. im getting stuttering issues with bf4

No bottle neck with 6300 at 4.2
Temps are fine
cpu is only get 60% in bf4

Do you have the newest drivers installed? Try restarting your computer. Make sure your PSU has enough to power your GPu.

Sounds like a driver issue. What version of GeForce drivers are you on? I'd go to the nvidia website and make sure you have the latest release drivers.

If the latest drivers don't work, try using an older stable driver to see if that makes a difference
