Is there a way to get USB 3 pins to work with USB 2s?

I have a Case with the front panel having 2 usb 3 slots but I ordered a motherboard that does not have the pins for the usb 3 on the motherboard. I when I realized this I tried to cancel the order on the motherboard but I was to late. Is there a work around to get the front panel Usb 3s to work? Is there any PCI cards that have internal usb 3 pins on them?

I have one of these to give me additional USB ports. It also hsa an internal header.

Usually the two front USB 3.0 ports come off one internal header. The pictures for your case seem to indicate a single plug..

Nvm I am not even sure. I think the USB 3 ports use sata...
