Hi, I have an Asus K55A laptop for my current gaming and casual computer needs. It has an Intel Core i5-3210M CPU and a 2.5 GHz processor. I run 64 bit Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate. My graphics card is the standard Intel HD Graphics 4000, and it works okay for my games. Games like the DayZ Standalone and Red Orchestra 2 don't look as good as I would like them to. Now, I'd like to know what to do for a better graphics card. I've been thinking of an external graphics card, but my budget runs no higher than 150$. I would also like to know if the GeForce GTX 550 Ti would work externally. Also, I would like to know how to set up an external graphics card. Thanks!

Solution
To my knowledge you need a PCI express or ExpressCard slot for external graphics. Your computer doesn't have either of these so I don't think you can do it.
