Hello,
I currently have only one front fan on my pc that i would like to replace as well as adding another for bitfenix spectra PRO 120mm fans. Currently the fan is connected to a 3 pin cable that is connected to the motherboard via a long chain of molex cables.

The problem is that this cable that the fan is currently connected to only has one 3 pin header and so i need another because: the cable from the front fan simply can not reach the motherboard ; there is not enough headers on the motherboard so support the amount of fans I'm planning of running.

The molex cable with the header has to molex ends. One connected to the cable that runs back to the motherboard and the other is free. This makes me think that i would be able to connect another one of these to the end. However after looking around i have found a 12v molex to 3x 3pin cable that sadly does not have another molex extention end therefore i could not extend my molex cable in the future if needed.

I dont know what thr better choice would be and where to find the cable for the best result as well as not knowing what exactly to look for.
Another uncertainty is : 12v being able to support 2 spectre PRO fans ?

The Bitfenix Alchemy Multisleeve 3-Pin to 3x 3-Pin Y Cable **InhaleLoudly** Splitter - 60cm - Black (BFA-MSC-3F33F60KK-RP) obviously will allow one to connect 3 fans to the same fan-port on the system board.

The question is then, will the system be able to power and control 3 fans on a single fan-port?
