you are better off saving some more money until around -700/800 and than buying some higher end components if you want a game pc

you could get 720P medium setting at best using AMD APU for a 400 $ Build.

For 400 $ there is nothing except APU for you. sorry. 600 $ could get you low-medium setting at BF4 1080P and 800 $ could get you high setting.

you will get playable FPS at medium setting with a R7 260X combined with your actual setup

Actually you can get a pretty decent PC for $500 that can run Battlefield 4 @ 45fps high settings,

Just replace the PSU with something similarly priced but from Antec or XFX or another similar brand and you'll be good.
