HI guys,
I was just wondering if this specific card is a good one? I am going to use it for Bf4, battlefield hardline, Gta 5 and Gta 4 (modded), sim city 5, watch dogs, assassin creeds, minecraft, and more.
I would like to play with ultra settings on these games with good Fps is it possible with this card? and I nee it to last me several years. Here is the card: (the 4gb one if it is not already selected)

Thanks for reading this and ay input on this card is great!!

It will become relevant as games begin to utilise more VRAM. Watch_Dogs uses nearly 5GB of VRAM at 1080p for me!

The 290 is a good shout and Sapphire provide good coolers for them.

I haven't had problems with AMDs gpu drivers(excluding beta drivers) for a few years.

In terms of build quality and cooling efficiency I'd recommend Sapphire, especially considering they are exclusive to AMD.

I'm not sure what their CS is like as I didn't have an issue with their cards when I had them.

Umm my GTX 770 does just fine and its 2GB of VRAM. I average 60-70fps. So I don't see why I'd need to go out and buy a 4GB or 6GB card.

Is this with Ultra texture and the highest amount of AA enabled? As with these settings my Titan Black uses 4.9GB of VRAM. It may not be necessary now (to you) but I do suggest considering future-proofing when buying PC components. Therefore with that in mind it makes more sense to get a card with more VRAM, this alleviates the need to do it later down the line.

there\s no such thing as future-proofing in cases like this because the type of games coming out are unpredictable. Yes this is with everything maxed out. VRAM isn't the only the thing that determines the performance of a GPU. They are alot of other factors.

Well you're very lucky then as people with Titan's in SLI can't run Watch_Dogs as smooth as you can with a 770. :sarcastic:

Either way of course future proofing can be done, it's unpredictable yes, but possible.

Erh.. Having serious trouble believing a gtx 770 2gb can play Watch Dogs with EVERYTHING maxed out (especially with max AA settings) @ 1080 without stuttering.. What are the rest of your rig? I read your signature but can't figure out if you mean that you have 3 770s?
