Hi, I am building a computer meant for gaming and some video editing. My budget is 800€. So right now I am planning to buy a MSI H87-G43 Gaming, it costs about 95€. I have a couple questions to ask:
1. Is it worth over the MSI H87-G43?
2. Can you give me an advice of something better for the same price? I can only choose between Asrock, Asus and MSI. Socket 1150 of course.
Thanks.

what cpu and ram do you have? this should be a great mobo for you http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97pcma... and if you dont have a K cpu selected, you can afford one because this mobo is under your budget, and is a Z97 chipset, so you can overclock on it.

Best solution
oh, ok, it isnt really worth an extra 40 euros, so the i5 4670/K/ is fine, and these mobos are all great

Buy your ram as a single unit, either 2x4Gb and settle for a total of 8Gb, or 2x8Gb for a total of 16Gb. Mixing ram sets is never a good idea unlessyou are a RAM guru if sorts. Different sets if RAM invariably end up from different batches of silicon, so while primary and maybe the secondary timings are the same, the tertiary timings will be different, and this can cause all sorts of headaches like bluescreens, sudden shutdowns under load etc.
If you plan on a 'k' CPU, plan on a 'Z' board, if a non-'k' then a 'H' board will be just fine. Just match up the correct family. Don't put a Haswell redo on a 87, you'll need a 97, etc.

I will buy the same model of RAM, only not now. I guess it doesn't harm, I guess.
It's like buying a 2x8GB but seperately. Is it bad?I'm not quite sure if I want a K or not. And I don't plan on having the 4690 or 4690K so I guess I don't need the 97.

The i5-4670K costs 17€ more than the i5-4670. So if I want the overclock on the CPU, I need the Z87 motherboard because it's not Haswell Refresh. I have the following:
Asrock Z87 PRO3 - 83,90€ (sold out)
MSI Z87-G43 - 88,60€
MSI Z87M-G43 - 88,90€
Asrock Z87M PRO4 - 88,90€
Asrock Z97 PRO3 - 94,80€
Asrock Z87 PRO4 - 97,80€
The rest is too expensive. Can you tell me what is the difference between MSI Gaming and normal MSI boards?

I guess 2€ won't make a difference.
But the CPU will, is there any component I can save a little bit?
GPU: MSI R9 270X TwinFrozr
Case: Corsair Carbide 200R
Power Supply: XFX Pro 550W 80+ Bronze Certified
Keyboard/Mouse: Logitech MK120
Optical Drive: Lite-on cheap one
Wireless adapter: TP-Link cheap one

Ram is a gamble. If you buy it in the same set, it'll all play nice. If you buy identical sticks, it will probably be ok, same size and timings but differing brands may work, different timings/brand..... Good luck. If you buy 1 stick now and one stick later and it doesn't work, you are stuck. It's a gamble to mix.

It's a gamble to mix.I actually think the same way, but right now I don't have the money to go for 16GB, and I do want to reach the max capacity the motherboard allows (which is 32GB). I can only do that with 4x8GB. And I don't want to sell RAM and replace with new sticks. It's a risk I'm taking, and I know that, but I need to risk in this case.~
Same timings, same brand, same everything just in separate.
