You may have a faulty battery on the motherboard .

They are cheap , so try replacing it and see if that makes a difference

This could be so many things. The easy stuff to do first would be to set your BIOS to default settings, and see if it still does it, then make sure your drivers and stuff are all good. I could see that being a chipset or SATA driver issue. It could also be a PSU problem, or even a slightly corrupted OS.

If I understand correctly the computer starts again after you have tured off/on the power switch on the back of the power supply ?

The two things I would try next are
1/ a BIOS update
and
2/ a different power supply

Yes, the computer starts again with no issues even if i dont disconect from wall or switch off the battery, it boots OK, but it happens when i connect from "0"
i'll try those solutions once i get the new PSU I Ordered, i have right know http://www.ebay.com/itm/271229901254?_trksid=p2059210.m...
But i will get a Corsair GS600, once i get installed i reply if the problem has solved.

HI community, i just install the Corsair gs600, but i get always the cpu led, reading in google is kind of a sort related to the battery and it makes sense, since i didn't think can cause a problem but when i removed the first time the battery( idk why ), i broke the little clip, my last motherboard didn't have this clip, so i didn't pay too much attention, but it seens is important to make contact in some way, that's why i get the F1 boot options every time i turn the PC.

Is there any way to fix this? !!! to make properly contact? or something, plz healp, or i will die with this?

EDIT: Some website say that i can replace it with something like this
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40%7CR40%7CR40&_s...
but i do not have a clue how to do it or wich buy :(  plz help !
PD: If I only restart the PC i works fine
PD: i Did the Bios Update.

The clip is one terminal of the battery usually . It has to make electrical contact
