ASUS m5a97 r2.0 MOBO, Windows 8.1, Legacy BIOS
2 SSD's in RAID 0 GPT for OS
1TB HDD for games
4TB HDD for media (the problem drive)
Installed and shows full 4TB in Computer Management/Disk Management. Converted from MBR to GPT and tried to create "new simple volume" as NTSC for full 4TB. If I check the box for quick format I get a popup that format did not complete successfully. If I uncheck box and do full format it never displays progress bar (left overnight and all day today with no movement). Also went into diskpart on command prompt to do a "clean/clean all" on it and it then gave me an I/O device error. I am out of ideas... Help would be much appreciated!
