Win8.1 Running Slow After Windows Update

Ive been running windows 8.1 for a good few months on my new rig now. A few days ago after windows did an update everything seems to be running slower than it should. i don't feel like there's a problem with my system specs being inadequate. i ran nortorn, ccleaner, and it cant find anything wrong although, when i go in a game (eg:league of legends, arma 3, ect) my computer almost is inable to play them at any settings. any help would be appreciated and if you require further information for any reason also feel free to leave a response

Try upgrading the drivers, old drivers usually are the case for <mod edit> performance.

no way to rollback updates, i had to manually uninstall them one by one. unfortuneately, while restarting, an error occurred and it had to reinstall them? im not to sure what happened to it

It must be autoupdating.. I would disable all Windows auto-updates and try it again.
