Ok, so right now, (as I type this), i'm running Prime95 at 100% load on all 8 cores. My cpu is an AMD FX-8320, so it's obvious that AMD heats up a little more then Intel with all that power but i'm topping out at 64 degrees celcius. Is this acceptable temperatures?

More about : acceptable 100 load temperature

I used Arctic Silver 5 and I have a back exhaust fan, two fans blowing air out of the very top of my pc, and a front intake fan.

It means that your pc will run as good as it should.

Look (Google) for reviews on your graphics card to get a better idea.
