I need some help, is there a way to clean out my c drive completely without removing all of the important drivers? I tried to dual boot onto 32 bit on my other hard drive, but its non functional because of driver problems, I dont want that to happen to my c drive. I just want all the unnecessary stuff gone, and windows and drivers to stay. Any way to do this?

Solution
As pierrerock stated, but realize that uninstalling some programs listed in Programs and Features may also uninstall a hardware driver.

In general, what I do, is to make sure that I have the motherboard Chipset installation drivers saved somewhere, and then also the wired network card drivers and/or wireless network card/adaptor installation for the drivers saved somewhere.

Then you can 99.9999 % of the time get get the others afterword.
