Hey guys,
I'm a tech - for about 30 years now. I tend to stay ~3-5 yrs 'behind' in technology based on the price/performance break. Lately I haven't been keeping up with latest mb/mem/vid/etc.
A friend of mine has given me an ATI Radeon HD5xxx and an Nvidia Quadro FX 4500. Naturally, I would like to keep the better of the 2 cards.
I want the card that's going to better in a game here and there (dx, etc), a tv tuner (Happauge pvr-150 - old yes) and stream some flash files. I don't do any CAD or the like.
If the NVIDIA is the winner, i'll need to know what kind of mod(s) I need to make it into a geforce or similar.
