I have a desktop running windows 7. I started having problems the other day with the integrated video card because my monitor would go on and off (even tried 2 different monitors) Now the next day my computer will turn on but does not boot up. My exhaust fan and cpu fan go off after about 6 seconds after turning the power on. I cleaned the CPU and applied arctic silver 5 hoping maybe that would remedy the issue but no luck. Any ideas what this is?
Computer turns on but doesn't boot. CPU & exhaust fan turn on then stop after 6 seconds. Help!
