Here's a few recommendations.

If you want to use 32GB in your system, grab a single kit instead of combining two together. Even though they are identical, there is no 100% guarantee that they will play well together. Each stick in a single kit is binned and tested to work well with the other three sticks. Thus a single kit is always more expensive than two separate ones.

Power wise, that PSU will get the job done. But, if you want to save a few bucks ($35), grab the EVGA G2 750W instead. It has the same high quality as that Corsair unit but much cheaper. Or you can even get the EVGA G2 850W and it'll still cost $20 less than the Corsair unit but will give you an extra 100W. Either way, you cannot go wrong with the EVGA G2 models.
