Solution
You may have made it worse (duh!) by vaccuming the laptop. Possible scenarios I can think of:

1. You did not get the dust out when you did the vaccuming, instead you clogged your ventilation even more.
2. By vaccuming you may have loosened a wire to your fan causing it to not run at all.
Always disassemble your computer when you want to clean it. There is alot of dust that you won't get out by setting a vaccumer to the fan ventilations.

As it was suggested in a previous post please check that your fans are even running.

Edit: Erhh just saw your reply so just ignore me.

its dell inspiron n5110 with 1 gb nvidia 525m graphics
the fan is working perfectly fine and the laptop doesnot even overheat.
The laptop even shuts down itself sometimes after 30 sec of gameplay.
and also the main menu screen of every game runs smoothly but when i open the game then it starts lagging from the beginning

If its got warrenty call dell, if not then go to the dell website and and get the break fix diagram (might need to use gooole to find it) and take it apart and re-apply the thermal compound(could be paste or pads be prepared before you start disassembly) to the CPU and GPU respectivly and see if that helps.
