So to be more clear, you currently have the GTX 650 Ti, and you're upgrading to the 760?

Doesn't really matter, in either case its fine. Just make sure your power supply is adequate for the 760. You'll want approximately a 500 W PSU of decent quality with most of its wattage on the +12 V rail, and most GTX 760s will need two 6-pin PCIe power connectors.
