When I turn it on, it's loading a while but then F1 and F2 appear and SETUP.. I tried to get out of SETUP but it does not allow me. HELP! I can't even come to my desktop

Need more details about what is going on, is it going to the Windows can't start, run repair" message?
Post all the messages that come up after you turn on the system.
Is the hard drive making any clicking sounds?
