Hello! My PC has been acting strange recently. It keeps freezing with looping audio, which requires me to manually restart it, or it will restart itself WITHOUT turning off. I have tried many things, such as increasing fan speeds, reinstalling/installing drivers, windows updates, and completely factory resetting the PC. I can't find a fix for it. The thing that REALLY boggles my mind is that it never does this when I am talking to friends on Skype. I can be playing, lets say Skyrim, while talking to them, and it will run perfectly, then, when I leave/ am not talking to them, my computer will freeze a few minutes into the game. What can I do? :(

System Specs:

PSU: Kingwin ABT-650MM
HDD: Toshiba 1TB

There's a couple of hardware things -

1. Your power supply 12v rail is a bit high - 12.302V. Can you check the 12v readings from bios/uefi and post them.

2. CPU - getting way too hot - 56C at idle (1.88V). Your fan is running OK.
It should be 35C max on idle and 50C max gaming.
Also check the cpu temp in bios/uefi and post the result

Blow your case out - especially the fans. filters and coolers.

If the temp is high still, then re-seat your cooler. If still high, get a better cooler.
