If you click the Specifications tab on that page, it states "PCI Express Connector: 3 x 6+2-Pin", so yes.

If you only need two 6pin connectors and not two 6+2pin(8pin) connectors then there's no problem. The 6+2pin connector has the 2 extra pins separate, it's intended so it can be used for either a 6pin or 8pin compatible device.

There shouldn't be any problems with that GPU and PSU combo, definitely enough cables for the GTX 660.
