Hello all, is the mentioned items suitable for mainly for Cabal Online, web surfing and watching movies?

MOBO: ASRock H81M HDS
Processor: Intel G3258 Pentium Anniversary HDS
Ram: Crucial 8GB 1600mhz Value Ram
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB
SSD: Corsair Force LX 128GB
Graphics: Powercolor r7 250
Power Supply: Silverstone Essential 500w 80plus
Casing: Sharkoon MS140
Optical drive: Samsung dvd drive
OS: Windows7 Home Premium 64bit OEM

If you aren't going to use it for any gaming at all then using a GPU is unnecessary. Your (any) CPU will handle movies just fine. If you wish to use it for gaming, then you'd have to get a better GPU.
