Upgrading motherboard, do I need to buy Windows 7 OEM again?

About a year ago, I built my own PC and installed a copy of OEM Windows 7. Now, I'm thinking about buying a new motherboard and processor. My question is, do I need to buy another copy of OEM Windows 7 along with my new motherboard. I know and OEM copy of Windows 7 cannot be transferred to another computer; but technically, this is the same computer, just with a new part. Thanks in advance for any help.

I think the OS deals with the hard drive/SSD you've installed.. It doesn't deal with motherboard.. Anyways, wait for experts answers..

As now I am aware, you don't need to buy new OS copy for any component upgrades.
