I have a Tri-X R9 290 running at 1150/1450 with a VDDC offset of +137.My temps are 71 degrees celsius on AIDA64 and 69 while running Heaven 4.0.Everything is fine and stable, but is it healthy?Keeping my card's health in mind, should I keep this or tone it down?

Do you even need that overclock? That is a bit steep for that Tri-X there, sure won't extend it's life...

If you don't care to see your card frying in a year from now, then leave it at that... otherwise chill a bit. I personally, only overclock like at the second year of having the card, so I can last a little longer before upgrading again.

The initial plan was to do as you said, but I'm seeing so many people overclock the card from the get-go.When I said it was running at 1150/1450,I meant that I just overclocked it five minutes from that to see what kind of OC result I would get.At that point I was curious as to whether or not I should keep it the way it is.I went back to stock.I'm planning on using this card for about three years;I can't have it die on me before that.
