That's gonna be 30 degrees whilst idle. what a game up on high settings and play for half hour, then check your temp. its whilst your cards in high power mode that your actually gonna push the temps.
although most cards can withstand up to 100/105 degrees these days, your drivers are going to crash if it stays too hot for too long. 60-67 is as high as i like to let mine get, but i do a decent lot of fans in my tower.
