Is there a compatable water block out there for this gpu that works with the EVGA Pro SLI Bridge ?

Should be the same as any other 780Ti.

Try EK-FC780, XSPC Razor - for reference PCBs. Else look on frozencpu.

Its the circuit board that the gpu chip sits on.

I have found one but I'm unsure of its quality. I've heard EK has had a problem with the nickel in the water blocks.
