Mouse freezes during videos

I have a Steel series Black ops 2 mouse and this problem has only started to happen recently. Whenever i start watching a video on any website (facebook, youtube, twitch) My mouse freezes and i cant use it until i close the window. I have only had my computer for a few months and i have no idea what to do

What are your system hardware specs. CPU, RAM, Graphics card or adapter, etc. Gonna need to know that stuff to even guess what's going on. Could be lots of things. You can find out how to get your system info here: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2227535/find-system-component-information.html

Cpu - Amd FX8320
Ram - 8gb ram
GPU - Radeon R9270x
PSU - 750w
Motherboard - Gigabyte AM3+ AMD DDR3 1333 760G HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX

I also just found out the same thing happens on games too

I just found the solution. I did a system restore and its working now. If anyone else has this problem try doing a system restore. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/system-restore-faq#1TC=windows-7

Do you have Amd catalyst control center installed or are you using the driver installed by windows?
