Solution
I'd stick with the 290, but get faster RAM, better HDD, better CPU cooler and better motherboard. If you've got some extra cash i'd look at upgrading the case. It's an awesome case, but it's a bit plain. I'd also drop the optical drive, but i never seem to use them.
