Good computer build?

I know that this is somewhat over your budget, but the build is much more rounded-up and will last longer, and you will even be able to play high settings in some games. If this is too much for you, get this graphics card instead, which is $40 cheaper :

The build is the following, and this CPU can be highly overclocked, to well-above 4 GHz. If you don't need overclocking, you can also exclude the cooler and spare $30, but it would really be a shame.

Graphics cards are overpriced on amazon. Even with shipping included you're better off going to newegg

Motherboard & GPU from newegg, everything else from Amazon.

Again, the G3258 is overall a better build (and with the Z97 motherboard I selected to go with it, you can overclock in BIOS using automatic software at the push of a button, it's easy). But if you can't stretch to the pentium then this will meet your needs.

at 1280 x 800 the R7 250 would be ok for medium settings on most games, 30+fps.

If that is acceptable to you then that rig is good to go, I would personally change the corsair CX to an Antec VP / BP or an EVGA B1 / W1 as they're slightly better power supplies that are about the same price as the CX500.

before i order the things will a grounding starp be needed or is that not necessary, this is the final question also thanks alot for your help i really do appreciate your help with everything if you had not replyed i probably will had a very bad shitbox thanks alot

You wouldn't have had a shitbox - the components you picked weren't bad, it's just about squeezing the absolute best performance out of your budget.

I would have still preferred a bigger graphics card (and more ram) but you can always save up for that later :)

guys i think the graphics card i choose was good just saw some benchmark of games and people were able to play battlefield 4 on ultra with this card and with the same processor but overclocked the proceesor maybe i will overclock one day but first i need to get out of the noob stage of computing this will be my first build anyways and i also didnt get more ram because i already got some of the same ram on another computer

still thanks for everything guys or girls

Yeah there's not a lot between the R7 250 and the GT630, so get the 630 by all means :)

I'm a guy btw

Actually neither of those things mean a huge amount at the lower end of the market. Technically GDDR5 is faster but the r7 250 has higher core and memory clocks to compensate
