I want to know which is better for i7 4790
Gigabyte H97M-HD3 or ASROCK B85M-PRO4

I believe you already have a thread for this. The H97 is made for that CPU, but if you really want an extra 2 RAM slots. Then get the Asrock.

b series motherboards stand for buisnes as does the b85m-pro4
with a z series motherboard's are aimd for preformance enthusiasts.and the price difference is like 20 $ more than the b series motherboards.

The Gigabyte H97 board would be my pick as it is a better match for that CPU, though the only major deal breaker for you may be the extra ram slots on the ASRock as listed above.
