Hey Guys, i want to buy this pc. what do you think of it? is the MoBo ok? im not sure about that. some say mobo doesn't affect anything if you have everything you want on it. and i dont want to overclock or SLI etc. besides gaming i do alot of Rendering with vray and maxwell. i use also cad softwares.

i can have the same pc but with
Gigabyte GA-H81M-D2V mATX

They are not for overclocking for sure, not for SLI either, I can't tell you much more. It will serve you good despite the price.

The difference is very small, but I think Gigabyte setup is a bit better. Their Motherboard has dualbios, more USB 3.0 ports and Gigabyte's GTX 770 is a bit cooler than Asus'.
