720p, Free recording software without time limits, or licence?

Hi, I need a free to use recording software or service for games (csgo, skyrim, euro truck, portal, Watch Dogs, etc) that doesn't especially have an impact on performance (If possible) without time limits like 10 mins, 20mins+ would be okay but preferabley not limited. And reliability is important too. Is there such a thing. I have asked this and similar for awhile and the usual response is buy fraps/bandicam but I don't have the money or is there away to remove the time limit on these?

I do but its a gtx 560ti so 1 generation to early
Also how can I keep the file sizes down? So I acheive a faster upload speed?

I've never used OBS before, but turning down some unnecessary quality settings in OBS should help you keep the file sizes down.

I'd record them in the highest quality possible, then use something like HandBrake to shrink them.
