Help windows buggy after cable management

ok so yesterday i did Major cable management/clean out the case and now my OS buggy and bsod and freezing randomly i cant do anything with it freezing or bsod so i an thinking of re installing Win7 but before i do best see if there's anything someone could do

Sounds like a compression fault on the cable's. I had similar issue and traced it to a cable tie (zip tie) that was over tightened. I removed it and the fault went away. Also make sure all the connections to hardware are sound. A loose lead can also cause that kind of fault.
