I turn my pc on , but after 2 seconds it turns off

I turn my pc on , but for 2 seconds it turns on , sometimes it turns on and it starts and it says RAM overclocking failed , i did not overlocked RAM , i just put the newer RAM that has same speed and memory , just other brand , i really need help

Since you have an older system, you may have to change the timings and voltage for your new ram yourself. It is also possible that your new ram may not be supported by your motherboard at all. Lastly, you may need a bios update for your motherboard in order for it to work properly.

now i can't even turn it on , im trying 4 hours to turn it on
but there is something weird , i turn power on , on PSU , then i click on turn ON/off it turns on and it turns off after 2 seconds , and it starts again same thing , but there is something weird while doing that , i tried clicking restart button and while he is turning on im just pressing the same speed restart button and its turning on but there no any sound that comes from speaker on motherboard , and i can do that clicking all the time but he will be something like turning on but no sound coming that its some error or something , i hope you understand . sorry for bad english
