Is this a good build to play The Witcher 2 on ultra graphics?

since I plan on recording and streaming higher quality games. I plan on playing games like The Witcher 3 and Skyrim on ultra settings so what do you guys think?

yeh that system will play modern games on a high/ultra setting quite comfortably. im guessing your keeping the cpu from the system your buying as its the same one as whats in your new build. have you thought about intel??
for the $260 your paying for a motherboard and cpu which is amd you could get a intel set?
