specs
GPU: GTX 760 SC 2gb
CPU: i5 4670k
RAM: 16GB

i don't necessary want to run the game maxed out but id like to run it relatively high with AA turned off and get 60 fps. I checked gamedebate.com and i should be able to run it but i don't have a premium membership so i cant check my predicted fps. i want to be able to play without lag in order to enjoy the experience.

More about : run middle earth shadows mordor 1080p 60fps

I mean you can technically run based on those limited specs, how it will run will depend on how optimized the PC version is when it comes out. It is difficult to how an unreleased game will run, but according to the specs they list here you should be able to handle it.
