I'm from India too buddy, the R9 270x is one of the best Graphics card for money in our country.. It's much better than the GTX 660's.. In fact, we tested both and the R9 270x gav better results than GTX 660.. I don't know why flipkart has some products with higher prices..

HardOCP just reviewed AMD cards and the newest drivers are a substantial increase in performance on several levels. It is even better in crossfire than nvidia is at sli now.

AMD all the way man.

I would recomend AMD, the new Mantle API is a nice extra.

And the R9 270X is 256-bit vs 192 bit of the GTX 660.

Yes, you can connect it through the HDMI ports.. Two fans is enough to keep that GPU in safe.. All models will have at least two fans for that card.. However, for Indian typical room temperature, your fans in the case will help get the heat out..

1) For non-overclocking CPUs, i5-4440, i5-4670 and much more offers the same performance in games. The top row CPUs in this list offer same (unnoticeable difference) performance in games as long as the "k" processors are not overclocked.

2) Aftermarket cooler (that hyper 212x) for a non-overclocking CPU is not necessary.

3) For Asus motherboard, the Asus B85M-G Motherboard is what I recommend.

4) For PSU, you should refer this link and choose. Seasonic and Antec use very good components for manufacturing. Since power supply is the most important saviour of the components, I recommend you to get PSU (600+ W for future proof) in a mall/retail shop so that you can have trusted warranty.

5) If you save money from the above, try to invest it in the GPU to go for next level (since your system is mainly for GAMING).

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is always recommended to visit nearby retail stores and get the prices of the components before buying it in flipkart.

Ok then..,
1) I chose that mobo because you're under budget, the perfect suit is the Asus H87-Pro Motherboard

2) The GTX 760 can easily play the latest games in high-ultra settings (some games might require to lower anti-aliasing). I said to go for better GPU because powerful the GPU, more future proof you have. Refer this article for GTX 760 Benchmarks on various games.
