I'm new so sorry if I post on the wrong topic. This Christmas I want to build a gaming PC that will play games like Titanfall, Battlefield 4 or hardline, and Slender: The Arrival. I have a budget of around $600 and I would love to be able to play on ultra. If that's not an option, high will have to do Thanks in advance!

Solution

Do you need windows in that $600 budget?

If you don't need windows this is the best build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/c6pYmG You'll get everything on high.
However if you need windows its a totally different story.

Akhil not trying to offend you but your build is trash, you don't need an intel CPU for tight budgets builds, i did some researches and i found that for budget builds, an expensive CPU won't get you better performances, there is a rule :
Budget cpu = budget gpu
expensive cpu = expensive gpu
that's why i5 is a big waste
here is a good build that will get you 50+ fps on ultra on battlefield 4 : http://pcpartpicker.com/user/owismail/saved/tyPgXL

I would get a build like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($108.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($68.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card ($216.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Enermax ECA3253-BW ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $604.93

If you want to go intel swap the CPU for an i3 and the motherboard for a H97 or Z97.

Thanks! But if I spent about $50 more, would it make a difference?

Yes it would, you could upgrade the graphics card to a R9 280x which would give you higher frames per second.

I guess what I should say is, is it worth the extra money?

It will give you around 10fps more on most games and it will bring you closer to 60fps on ultra settings. You could get away playing games on a mix of high to ultra settings on the R9 280, so it's up to you if you want that boost.

system watts usage = 450watts, while the Power supply is only 500watts, and 4gb ram decrease the fps in some of the newer games... and the r9 280x isn't really that great.. it nearly beats gtx 760 (5-6 fps) and it overheats, also 6cores isn't necessary in gaming

Forgot, I also need a monitor. It can go up to about $650 or $670 or so.

The BenQ monitor is decent and is 1080p with a 60hz refresh rate. I also added a Hyper 212 EVO to overclock your fx 6300.

Thanks! But what if I got a Hannspree HL163ABB and a R9 270x or 280? Would it still be ok?

So both of the builds below have the Hannspree Monitor but have different Gpus

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cgCQcf (this one has the r9 280 although it is $20 overbudget)

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/HbV8bv (this one has the r9 270x and is within budget)

I would spend the extra $20 for the r9 280

Anyway, all three builds I mentioned would work fine
