Which sound card to buy ?

Hello, my mobo is Gigabyte Ga990xa-ud3, and on it is Realtek alc889, and im having problems. I have speaker fill option but the rear speakers do not hear as well as the front, as if swallowing sound. I tried all the drivers and nothing helped, so I decided to buy a sound card that will provide me a good sound on my 5.1 system. On my last motherboard my settings was on a 5.1 system, and when I turned on the speaker fill, i could normally hear all speakers, music worked normaly, and I played movies with 5.1 without problems. So, which card to buy that will do my job ?
My budget is around 50 $

EDIT: Must be PCI-Express slot

Ok, I will think about. My mom lives in France, there is Asus Xonar DSX just for 32€, maybe she will buy me and send me that, if not I`ll buy this you have recommend for. I'll say my impressions when i buy

So, i finally bought Asus Xonar DSX. The quality of sound is amazyng :). But i have little problem, here is my setup: http://i.imgur.com/LBJYFRH.png
In winamp all 5 speakers works including the subwoofer, but on youtube and other players rear speakers wont work, what could be the problem?

I set up in each program that Primary sound is Asus Xonar, and same story

EDIT: I disabled onboard audio in BIOS so the only audio source is Asus
