Aspect ratio for gaming montior(21:9 vs 16:9)

What should i get 2560x1080 21:9 monitor or 2560x1440 16:9 monitor I Primary using it for GAMING, Light photo editing, and sometimes video editing(rarely).

It seems like this question is 100% up to your personal preference. The 1st display has more actual screen space, and the 2nd has higher pixel density. If you use a bunch of applications concurrently in windows more screen real estate sounds useful. If you just want the best resolution possible for a single full screen application then 1440p sounds better.

There is no correct answer here without knowing how you specifically use your computer on a daily basis.

Res does not determine pixel density. This is a result of res and display size. 1440p is more pixels obviously from the res so actually has more screen space. I'd go with 1440p, it's already wide enough but the monitor you are looking at costs too much, it's more than a X270OC.

i live in a country that there are not much monitors and they don't have x270oc! the lowest price monitor brand is this!AOC
