Need Help Choosing $1140 Build.

Solution
AznGOD - I hope you don`t mind, but I played a bit with your build.

In big lines: added 2 sticks of RAM for dual channel, removed OS since socosby is using Linux, added the FX 8350, and added an SSD.
If the price is too high, you can drop the SSD and get it later, or lower the GPU to an GTX 770 or R9 280X.

Most value for that budget
Edit: Swap out that power supply for a corsair HX 750 because it sucks
Edit: you can remove the OS and save 100 dollars. price comes down to ~$1100

If you want to save some money just buy 8320 instead of 8350. EXACTLY the same chip with different clocks. You can just change the clocks in the BIOS. Otherwise pr3di' build is the most you can get of your money.

hey im back, still havent sold my current build :( but i decided to use it today, and i realized it gets a bit hot with the 212, now i live in mexico and as you may know, it is really hot over here, especially where i live. I know a water cooler will do a better job at cooling the pc but what loop do you suggest? im willing to spend a bit more.
thanks!

Well, you can get something better than the 212, but it doen`t have to be water.
Look at reviews for Corsair H60, H80i, H100i, but also check if you can afford the Noctua NH-D14.
The D14, IIRC, even out-performs the H100i, and it should also cost less.
