New SSD...OS or Games?

Just got my first SSD and trying to decide if it would be more useful as a new boot drive or as a home for all of my games. (It's only 256GB so it won't hold everything.)

I know putting my games there won't improve performance in-game but I'm pretty sure it'd help with loading new levels, maps etc. Add in the fact that I only reboot this system once a week or so so actual boot time isn't that big a deal.

Any suggestions from those with more SSD experience?

The normal thing to do is make the SSD the OS and critical Programs, then install everything else to the HDD instead. Honestly your overlooking that even in a game it constantly asks Windows things; Hey what font do I use for this sign? what does it mean when the player moves the mouse to the left then right? Can you give me the proper sound file for a bullet hitting the wall? etc. So if Windows is still on the old HDD, it still runs slowly (it isn't just boot times) when responding to the games requests.

So with Windows on the SSD, it takes away that 'lag' that Windows itself gives (Wait let me find that sound file, wait let me see is it this Fotn or this one, wait let me see... ) and overall makes the game 'feel' faster as well...
