USB power after shutdown

I've got an ASUS Z97K Motherboard. Now, the problem is that my computer continues to power the USBs even after shutdown. I know that I could just cut the power, but is there no way to avoid that?

I've looked around on a few other threads here, and it seems that the motherboard/BIOS is the problem. I tried enableing the EPU but it doesn't seem like anything changed.

Thank you.

Hello

If enabling ErP in the motherboard's UEFI does not result in no power to the USB ports when shutdown then the PSU is not ErP capable. Do you have USB charging disabled in the UEFI?

I'm a 100% newcomer here. As I wrote EPU, i actually meant it. I found something called EPU Power Saving, some other threads recommended enableing it.
Where would I find the UEFI? And the ErP?
