GIGABYTE Z97X-UD3H vs MSI Z97 Gaming 5

I'm making a new build and i have a choice of either of these. They're both in my price range.
I'm going to use these mobo's with an i5 4670k and 8gb of 2400mhz kingstom hyperX ram.
Also, I will be starting off with one gtx 770 OC but then hopefully adding a second one in the future.
I know both boards are capable of handling two GPUs, but which one is better for OCing?
The gigabyte board looks to have more BIOS overclocking options, with the click-able buttons which give you loads of different OC options, without configurations, however, the MSI board looks to have 1 OC mode with no different extremities, however, when you apply it, it also applies an OC to the GPU.
I'm not too fussed about the GPU, I just really want to get some GOOD overclocks with the i5 without going over budget. So, which one will be better for overclocking simply... if not simply then just generally which one will do the job better.

Hello junkeymonkey pointed out to me that you had built a rig with the GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD5H BK, i see that this is the server grade tested one right? Would the GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD5H do the job?
