2GBs of RAM is really undercutting it. You'd want at least 4 GBs.
But then again you can only afford the absolute cheapest of graphics cards.
The best option for you would be a Radeon HD 5450.
Umm gamewise.... I'd say any game prior to 2007. Maybe some newer indie titles.
Basically your system is equivalent to a PS2 today.

supported games will depend on which OS you intend to use, if you go ahead with windows 7 64 bits all windows games should be supported, however then the question raises if your pc will be able to handle them, your video card will define that.
2200 INR = 36$ USD, unless the money converter I used is wrong you won't be able to buy nothing with that amount.

Right I basically concluded the same thing.
The graphics cards at that price point basically only provide you a video signal and little else.
